    • The Scan: You’ll place your chin on a stabilized rest. A light will circle around your face to capture three angles (front, left, and right).

    • The Sensation: It’s completely painless and non-invasive. You’ll see a few flashes of light, similar to having your photo taken with a flash.

    • Duration: The actual imaging takes about 30–60 seconds. The full consultation (including the review) usually lasts 30 minutes.

  • To get the most accurate scan, you should arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.

    • No SPF or Tint: Sunscreen and makeup can reflect the light or block the sensors, skewing the data.

    • Wait After Cleansing: If you wash your face at the clinic, wait about 10–15 minutes before the scan to let any temporary redness from scrubbing subside.

    • Remove Jewelry: Earrings or facial piercings can cause glare in the photos.
