    • Customized Treatment Plans: A consultation allows our licensed estheticians and medical providers to assess your skin health, medical history, and lifestyle. This ensures we recommend the specific facials or laser treatments that will deliver the most effective results for you, rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

    • Expert Guidance & Safety: With so many advanced options—from medical-grade chemical peels to Aerolase laser treatments—it’s important to ensure your skin is prepped and a good candidate for specific procedures. We take the guesswork out of the process, helping you avoid ineffective products and ensuring your safety.

    • Maximize Your Investment: Lastly, we value your time and budget. By creating a long-term roadmap during your consultation, we ensure every treatment you receive is a step toward your ultimate skin goals, providing a much higher return on your investment in your self-care.

  • Jenna Goldsmith, NP, is not currently accepting new patients. If you are an established patient of Jenna’s, please call our office at 716-932-7546 to schedule your appointment. If you are a new patient interested in seeing Jenna, please complete the form linked below to join her waitlist for if and when she opens her schedule to new patients. In the meantime, Lindsay Gliss, NP is accepting new patients and available for appointments.

  • Our VIP enrollment opens once a year from mid-September through mid-December. To join the club, follow these three steps during the enrollment window:

    • Stay Informed: Exact dates change yearly. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our weekly newsletter to be the first to know when enrollment opens.

    • Book Your Visit: Schedule a Xeomin® or Daxxify® appointment with Jenna, NP or Lindsay, NP.

    • Meet the Minimum: Receive at least 20 units of Xeomin® or 40 units of Daxxify® during your appointment.

    Once you’ve completed your qualifying treatment, you’ll instantly unlock a full calendar year of unlimited VIP benefits!

  • Our office requires a 48-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. Failure to give a 48-hour notice or “No Show” your appointment, will result in a fee. A total of three no-shows/cancellations within 48 hours will result in termination as a client at JLG Medspa. All Filler and Sculptra will result in half the amount of your booked service(s). All other services will be assessed a $100 fee for any appointment cancelle or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance. Any client who No Shows their initial appointment will not be permitted to re-schedule are unable to book any future appointments at our office with any of our providers.

    We require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

  • In short — no. Because the vast majority of medical aesthetic treatments—such as Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced laser therapies—are classified as elective or cosmetic, they are rarely covered by insurance providers.

    We do, however, offer flexible payment options through Cherry financing. This allows you to break up the cost of your elective treatments into smaller, monthly payments. You can apply in seconds right from your phone and see your approval amount instantly.
