While a single treatment can benefit the skin, most advanced rejuvenation services require a series of 3–6 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart for optimal results.

The most important rule is to avoid sun exposure and self-tanners for at least 2 weeks prior. You should also stop using Retin-A or other strong exfoliants 3–5 days before your appointment.

Microneedling: 24–48 hours of redness (similar to a sunburn).
Laser Resurfacing: 5–10 days depending on the depth of the laser.
